Semi Mosaic project created in photoshop

I feel that my strengths in this project are my pictures they are very well organized and placed. However, my weakness of this project is that I do not like the blue hue that I had to add over everything. I chose to include this piece because it looks good the way I organized it. I feel that I like parts of this project and do not like other parts of it. On a scale of 1-10 I would give this project a 6 because it needs work but it still has some good characteristics.
